Will the production timeline start as soon as I place an order?

Production begins once the entire team store has been closed. If the store is postponed or delayed, this will also delay the start of production.

Q:
When will I receive my order?
A:

All custom team gear is made-to-order once the team store has closed. From the date of close, it can take up to 6 weeks for gear to be produced and delivered.

Q:
How long do I have to place an order?
A:

Our team stores are typically open for 1-2 weeks. This time frame may vary depending upon the agreement made with your coach or team gear coordinator. Please see your team store homepage for your official close date.

What are the minimum quantity requirements to begin production?
A:

Every item listed on the store must reach a production minimum of 12 for the team order to be processed.

How will my order ship?
A:

All orders will be bulk shipped to your coach or team gear coordinator for distribution.

Q:
What happens if production minimums aren’t met?
A:

If total orders for a team store fall short of reaching production minimums, one of the following scenarios will occur 1. Each order will be canceled and refunded back to your account 2. The program will purchase the difference between the quantity ordered and the production minimum FOR EACH ITEM
